          This collection includes all of the items that we dry age right in house. All of our dry aging is done in a controlled environment with regulated air circulation, temperature, and humidity.
           

          These bone-in USDA Prime Ribeyes were dry-aged in house for 40 days. During those 40 days, the entire loin is kept in a dry, temperature controlled area with monitored air flow to ensure proper and even dry-aging. The dry-aging process for beef creates a more concentrated beef flavor, and can have hints of a nutty taste in addition to making for a much more tender steak.

          How long will it take to get my order?

          Transit time depends on where the shipping address is located. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary from 1 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier.

          How can I track my order?

          After your shipment leaves our facility and is scanned in by the carrier you will receive an automated tracking email at night with the tracking information enclosed.

          What shipping carriers do you use?

          We use FedEx and UPS for our deliveries. If you would like a specific carrier used for your order, please email us.

          Hold Location Shipping

          We now offer the convenient option of shipping directly to a hold location! When checking out you will have the option to look up your closest available locations to have your package held for pick up. The carriers will hold it for 5 days before it is returned to the shipper.

          Can you ship to a PO box?

          We cannot ship to a PO box, as a signature is required upon delivery.

          Can I return my product?
